Bessborough’s 3nd Annual Men with Axes fundraiser

Hosted by Shane Skillen, Tyler Lang, Chad Iwata and a bunch more great dads!

***NOTE: NO THROWING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED!!.

Gentlemen, put those axes and curling brooms in storage, dust off your baseball gear from grade 8, and get ready to pull some hamstrings with a bunch of out of shape dads! We have reserved both diamonds at Leaside High for an action packed day of slow-pitch softball (ZERO SKILL REQUIRED). 8 teams, double elimination, each team should play 2-4 times during the day. We are working on a chip wagon on site for grub and refreshments throughout the day. Register at Mayfair and we will figure out teams end of Summer. Regular Axes/Brooms style dinner and auction will take place at Amsterdam right after.

While the activity has changed it doesn’t take away from the fact that this event typically raises the MOST money for Bessborough so you can feel really good about having lot of fun AND helping the school.

INCLUDES:

• 2 hours of axe throwing lessons, practice and tournament @ 5:30
• Munchies & BBQ dinner with all the fixins at 7:30
• Raffle, Door Prizes & Not-So-Silent Auction AMAZING PRIZES!!
